Leadership
MergeWise is led by Kateryna Mykhaylova, an M&A and Post-Merger Integration Manager with over 15 years of experience leading complex, cross-border transactions and large-scale operational transformation.
She has worked on both buy-side and sell-side transactions from within organisations, managing the full M&A lifecycle.
Her work is defined by execution leadership, excellence, diligence, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring that transactions are not only well-structured but also delivered in practice.
Kateryna operates as an embedded M&A lead, working closely with client teams to bring structure, clarity, and consistent progress across all stages of the transaction, including in multi-cultural and multi-jurisdiction environments.
